Aurora HO Gas Station 1961 unbuilt.  I wouldn't think there are many left unbuilt , so pretty rare item . Listing as used since its not sealed .   Going thru it ,  all parts are present ,  most parts are still on the trees .  Box has wear , but considering its age , I would think its still nice .  Please ask questions or for more pictures if needing a better description of something .
