LARGE ST. ANDREWS ABBEY BUTTERFLY CERAMIC WALL Hanging Garden ART 10" X 12" NOS

the background on items since they have been purchased from outside sources so we can't honestly say the items
were never around pets/smoking/perfumes etc... This is a non smoking residence and no pets but we can't guarantee
that for the entire life of what we list.

Appears to be in excellent condition with no noted flaws or issues .. there are a couple little spots on the back that
look like tags had been there and removed leaving some residue from the tags.
Beautiful very large butterfly done in muted but rich colors of blues and browns, rust, greens .. all entirely handmade by the wonderful Monks of St. Andrews Abbey.
The background color is a more soft beige color than  it looks in the photos .. it's not so dark as the pics but
for some reason appears darker.
Made for hanging .. two loops at the top (on each corner) or could be set in a large plate holder to set on a shelf.. or
with substantial hook could be hung in a window ?
Measures appx. 10"  wide and tall and corner to corner is 12.5"
It is huge and just beautiful and would be a nice gift for just about any occasion or reason !!  Lovely
piece of hand made art.
Has been in storage since late 2000 - 2001 and was part of left over inventory from closed gift shop.  I have no idea how it was stored as this was part of a large Auction purchase.
OVERALL: Item in what appears to be unused/unsold inventory from a closed gift shop ..
