Vintage 1966 Rhode Island RI "Public Utilities" Truck License Plate • 41096

Description

This is a really neat hard-to-find heavy steel vehicle license plate from Rhode Island. It measures 4.5" x 8.75" and reads "
Public Utilities 41096 R.I. 66
." Of course R.I. stands for Rhode Island and this is from 1966. This probably went on some large truck or vehicle used by the city. It is quite banged up but these types of plates normally have seen a lot of use and abuse.
